I found this article on preserved Dinosaur soft tissue to be very interestling. I have always been intrigued by the dinosaurs and this research holds great promise for us learning even more.

Let's clone the T-Rex and create a real Jurassic Park!

Let's do it! I nominate Rick for chief head of Jurassic Security! Get those T-rex electrode Dino-prods ready :)
I remember when I first saw Jurasic Park how ticked off I was at Nedry for being so stupid and greedy to mess up such a cool amusement park...
Such is the state of man.

Rick Mansfield (sorry, I don't know your proper title):
Thanks for a new word: Darwinati. May I add it to my lexicon?
Thanks

I contacted Sweitzer a few weeks ago (not realizing she was a famous paleontologist), to see if there was a way to get my high schoolers to do radioactive dating in class. I suppose the equipment is too expensive or rare. We can grow bacteria or cut up frogs, but carbon dating is hard to teach/believe without seeing/experimenting with it. Also, I've not seen much evidence of uniformitarianism as a basis for radioactive dating.
