Note - I use a PC and I am not currently a MAC addict. But here are a bunch of iPhone articles out there on the net:
- iPhone Blows Away Expectations by Ed Burnette
- Nice pics from the Keynote at Engadget
- An inconsistent but helpful critique over at PalmInfocenter.
- A funny catalogue of iPhone fakes by speculators over the last few years - courtesy Gizmodo.
- A good hands on report from David Pogue of the NYTimes.

See, I find your statement interesting: "I use a PC and I am not currently a Mac addict."
The iPhone is set to sync with either a Mac or PC, and really has nothing to do with the Mac other than it is running some kind of "lite" version of OS X.
But my disappointment with the keynote was that everything described had very little to do with the Mac, even though this was at MACWORLD! And then Apple dropped "Computer" from its name.
Jobs' keynote would have been more fitting at CES in Vegas, but us real "Mac addicts" (to use your term) would have like to see him highlight the new version of OS X and related apps at Macworld.

Yes, I have heard many complaints about "Mac" world turning into a iPod show - or even an iPod accessory show. I too wish they would have had more news on Leopard and Mac OS software stuff.
CES would be the better venue, but then the rabid Apple cult would not have been out in force :)
I'll check out your post.
