Technology
- Have a company worth 2 billion? Its seems like a good time for DoubleClick to sell.
- In case you missed it, EMI is offering is full line up of MP3s for 1.29 on iTunes now. What, why the price hike? Higher quality? Yes. But much more...they are going to be sold without DRM (Digital Rights Management software). That means you can use the music on whatever device(s) you like. If you buy through iTunes, you could play it on your Sansa or Zune. Zune Marketplace has followed on some of its content as well.
Just For Fun
- Some of you are familiar with Blendtec's pithy "Will it Blend" series of Videos. This time, they actually "record" a live blending of a camcorder from inside the blender. Well, at least until the blender kills the feed. These are funny.
Theological Reflection
- Same Storms, a Christian Hedonist, scholar and theological charismatic, has a new, nicely designed web site. Check it out here (HT - Theologica)

Yeah, there are new holes all the time in Windows...but when you run on 95% of the worlds computers, the hackers tend to target the system. No one gets known in hackerworld for exposing Ubuntu :) But yes, they should do much better.
How are you doing?

PS - They got Office 2007 very right :)

I'm hanging in there; I just completed a very busy period where I had to prepare a presentation and a paper. I have little down time right now. Trying to restore the habit of regular Bible readings: been difficult recently. I'm still reading as much as I can. On the verge of finishing Reformation Thought by Alister McGrath. I recommend that book as a good survey type book. Still battling it out with the skeptics and those who agree with the new atheists. They do a better job of speaking in images than we do, I think. Still prayin for a world in turmoil. Hope all is well with the family :-)
and oh yeah, still following Hokie football. i'm reading for one more year in 'perpetual disappointment'. I'm a little jealous of SY as he's in good with the AIA people and gets the inside dish wrt VT football. so THIS is what brought SY to the ministry. we're on to him!
