Who dresses up for a release of a minor operating system upgrade?  I'll let you answer:

I didn't dress up, but I'm running Leopard right now.

Minor? Really? Minor? Don't get me wrong these guys are a bit much, but minor? I have friends coming to Prague in a week and they have my new leopard! prrr.... It's only a matter of time before you're on the "right" team Reid! haha... Love ya bro!

Ha ha - I knew someone would get frustrated with my word choice. What big cat with be next? OS X - Lynx/Puma/Lion/Cheetah?

Just so you boys know Microsoft just posted $4.3B profit for just this quarter.

Actually, Puma and Cheetah have already been used for past versions of OS X.

I would not really call this a minor upgrade either. There's some pretty significant improvements, both under the hood and on top.

I was able to upgrade my MacBook and iMac with zero glitches. Way easier than the average Vista upgrade.

But really that is irrelevant, as is Microsoft's profit, although congrats should go to the company.

It's not an issue of Apple must win and Microsoft must lose.

As Steve Jobs said way back in 1997, ""We have to let go of the notion that for Apple to win, Microsoft must lose. We have to embrace a notion that for Apple to win Apple has to do a really good job."

I vote OS X - Lion. But that would might be too much of "we have the King here" feel to it. Maybe Lynx...but that shares name with some older technology. I got it - Mac OS X - Ocelot.

I love Mac people - we need more Christians with similar devotion. Here are my favorite people - dedicated Mac people who also love Jesus. They are the best - you can count on them for almost anything...and sweet media slide shows at church.

But lets face it - there are those people in the picture above.

Yeah, sorry to say, these guys probably haven't had a date in awhile. They give us "devoted" mac folks a bad name. But grace is extended!
